For more than 30 years, Con-Vivamos has been working on neighbourhood organising, popular feminism and grassroots self-organisation in the barrios of Medellín.
Jeannette, a comrade from the organisation, is visiting Freiburg to share experiences and to exchange ideas about how we can learn from each other in struggles around community organising, social justice and collective care. She will speak to us about her long experience working in feminist community movements in Mdellín.
Join us for a special Soli-Küfa to get informed, connect across contexts share ideas about community organisation, solidarity and resistance.
There will be:
- delicious Küfa & drinks
- a discussion and exchange with Jeannette about everyday life and political organising in the barrio
- a dance performance from the from Acutún Freiburg
- afterward latinamerican music and a place to exchange thoughts
Con-Vivamos is currently struggling to survive due to major funding cuts. All proceeds and donations from the evening will go directly to support their vital projects and community work

Desde hace más de 30 años, Con-Vivamos lleva trabajando en la organización vecinal, el feminismo popular y la autoorganización de base en los barrios de Medellín.
Jeannette, una compañera de la organización, visita Friburgo para compartir experiencias e intercambiar ideas sobre cómo podemos aprender unas de otras en las luchas en torno a la organización comunitaria, la justicia social y el cuidado colectivo. Nos hablará de su larga experiencia trabajando en movimientos comunitarios feministas en Medellín.

Con-Vivamos está luchando actualmente por sobrevivir debido a importantes recortes de financiación. Todos los ingresos y donaciones de la velada se destinarán directamente a apoyar sus proyectos vitales y su trabajo comunitario

Seit mehr als 30 Jahren engagiert sich Con-Vivamos in den Barrios von Medellín für Nachbarschaftsarbeit, Volksfeminismus und basisdemokratische Selbstorganisation.
Jeannette, eine Genossin der Organisation, besucht Freiburg, um Erfahrungen auszutauschen und Ideen darüber zu diskutieren, wie wir voneinander lernen können in Kämpfen rund um Community-Organizing, soziale Gerechtigkeit und kollektive Fürsorge. Sie wird uns von ihrer langjährigen Erfahrung in feministischen Community-Bewegungen in Medellín berichten.
Kommt zu einer besonderen Soli-Küfa, um euch zu informieren, über Kontexte hinweg Kontakte zu knüpfen und Ideen über Community-Organizing, Solidarität und Widerstand auszutauschen.

Con-Vivamos kämpft derzeit aufgrund erheblicher Mittelkürzungen ums Überleben. Alle Einnahmen und Spenden des Abends fließen direkt in die Unterstützung ihrer wichtigen Projekte und ihrer Gemeindearbeit.
