This interactive discussion addresses the topic of how Palestine is dealt with in German classrooms and what this has to do with White supremacy.
Palestine is not only a lens to trace the oppressive mechanisms established to silence dissidence to the German raison d’état. Palestine and the Nakba allow us to reflect on the question of what positions are allegedly neutral and scientific and whose perspectives are doubted, othered, and silenced.
While Palestine is treated as an exception, White supremacy does not start or end with Palestine. Anticapitalist, antiracist, and antifascist struggles are connected in their resistance against dehumanisation and self-determination.
We want to come together, reflect, discuss and share our experiences to foster networks of solidarity and resistance.
