Liebe Verbündete, Freund:innen und Interessierte,
der Genozid in Gaza dauert nun bereits fast sechs Monate an. Sechs Monate des unvorstellbaren Leids, Vertreibens und Mordens. Die humanitäre Katastrophe nimmt erschreckende Ausmaße an, Krankenhäuser, Schulen, Schutzorte sind zerstört, Israel bombardiert und hungert die Menschen zudem systematisch aus.
Wir dürfen nicht schweigen! Wir können nicht einfach nur zusehen, wir müssen weiterhin auf die Straßen gehen!
Auch unsere Stadt Freiburg, sogar unser Bürgermeister Martin Horn finden keine klaren Worte in Solidarität mit dem palästinensischen Volk und befeuern den Völkermord - nicht zuletzt durch die Partnerschaft mit der Stadt Tel Aviv. Diese Normalisierung ist inakzeptabel, und wir weigern uns, schweigend zuzusehen. Steht mit uns, während wir Rechenschaft fordern.
Wir treffen uns am Montag, den 8. April zu einer stehenden Kundgebung von 14-16 Uhr auf dem Rathausplatz!

Dear allies, friends and interested parties,
The genocide in Gaza has now been going on for almost six months. Six months of unimaginable suffering, displacement and murder. The humanitarian catastrophe is taking on appalling proportions, hospitals, schools and shelters have been destroyed, Israel is bombing and systematically starving the people.
We must not remain silent! We cannot simply stand by and watch, we must continue to take to the streets!
Our city of Freiburg, even our mayor Martin Horn, are not finding clear words in solidarity with the Palestinian people and are fueling the genocide - not least through the partnership with the city of Tel Aviv. This normalization is unacceptable, and we refuse to stand by in silence.
Stand up with us as we demand accountability.
We will meet on Monday, April 8th for a standing rally from 2-4pm at Rathausplatz!
