Kris Kelvin, a young psychiatrist is send to space to solve a mystery. Only two scientists survived, but little help is to be expected from their peculiar way of life. Chocolate, sleep, air vents with strips of paper - all three scientists try not to loose touch with the life they had on Earth. But time slowly slips through their fingers while they find themselves lost on a planet they cannot come to understand.
