Polizeimorde nicht unbeantwortet lassen!
Wer schützt uns vor der Polizei? Allein im Jahre 2022 wurden, Stand September 2022, 8 Menschen durch die Polizei in Deutschland durch Schüsse getötet. Die Zahl der Menschen, die durch Polizeigewalt starben ist weitaus höher und ein Negativtrend ist nicht zu beobachten. Seit 1976 erschiesst die Polizei zwischen 8 und 20 Menschen im Jahr. Die meisten dieser Menschen hatten einen Migrationshintergrund und/oder befanden sich in psychischen Ausnahmezuständen. Gerade besonders vulnerable Gruppen erfahren überdimensional Polizeigewalt, rassifizierte und migrantisierte “Verdachtskontrollen”, Beschimpfungen, Bedrohungen und Beleidigungen.
An wen können wir uns wenden, wenn diese Gewalt geschieht? Die Polizei untersteht keiner übergeordneten Kontrollinstanz und bewegt sich damit in einem Raum, in dem sie sich selbst kontrollieren sollte. Wie gut das klappt zeigt unter anderem das Beispiel Dortmund-Recklinghausen. Zwei Städte, in denen die Polizei gemordet hat innerhalb zweier Wochen. Zwei Städte, die in jeweils der anderen Stadt diese Morde untersuchen sollten, aus Gründen der “unbefangenheit”. Das Polizist*innen nicht gegen Polizist*innen aussagen geschweige denn sauber ermitteln ist kein Geheimnis. Wie auch, wenn in der rassistischen, sexistischen, patriarchalen, hierarchischen Polizei das “Kolleg*innentum” ach so hoch gehalten wird?
Somit bleiben die Schandtaten und Morde meist ungeklärt und ohne Konsequenzen. Vielmehr noch, es wird das Bild vermittelt, dass die Taten legitim waren und sind. Die Morde durch die Polizei sind weder legitim noch zu verzeihen!
Wir fordern eine Reform von Grund auf!
Wir rufen zur Kundgebung und Demonstration unter dem Motto "Keine Freund*innen-keine Helfer*innen" am 26.11 um 13:12 Uhr am Stühlinger Kirchplatz auf!

The murders by the police need answering!
Who protects us from the police?
8 people have been killed by police bullets in Germany in 2022 alone. The number of people who have died from police brutality in general is even higher and nothing gets better with time. Since 1976, the german police has killed an average of 8 to 20 people every year. Most of these people had an immigrant background or were in an unstable psychological state during the killing. Marginalized people often experience the harshest brutality from the police : racist controls on a daily basis, insults, threats etc.
Who can help us when we are victims of this violence? The police has no obligation to justify itself in front of any higher instance. Police brutality cases are, if at all, investigated by the police themselves, and we can clearly see how contradictory this is with the examples of the murders that occured in Dortmund and Recklinghausen a few months ago : the two police departments had to investigate each other even though both had commited a murder in just two weeks. A real disgrace, especially to the families of the victims.
All of this is no surprise. The police, that is by nature a racist, patriarcal and authoritarian institution openly values their „camaraderie“ over any kind of justice.
And so the murders and violence of the police stay unanswered for. Even worse, even the most obviously unjustified murders are legitimized by their discourse during press conferences, that the media just copy-pastes. After a few weeks these cases are forgotten and the officers in question receive little to no consequences for their actions.
The murders commited by the police are neither legitimate nor forgivable! We demand clear consequences for these injustices!
That is why we are calling to demonstrate against police brutality on the 26th of november at the Stühlinger Kirchplatz at 13:12!

Qui nous protège de la police?
8 personnes ont été tuées par des balles de policier.e.s en Allemagne rien qu’en 2022. Le nombre de personnes qui sont mortes de violences policières en général est encore plus haut et rien ne s’améliore par le temps. Depuis 1976, la police allemande a tué entre 8 et 20 personnes par an. La plupart de ces personnes étaient issu.e.s de l’immigration et/ou se trouvaient de des états psychologiques instables. Ce sont les personnes marginalisées qui subissent les violences policières les plus dures : contrôles au faciès constants partout dans la pays, insultes, menaces etc.
Qui peut nous aider quand ces violences ont lieu? La police ne doit se justifier devant aucune instance adminstrative ayant quelconque autorité sur elle. Les cas de violences policières sont donc enquêté par la police elle-même, et nous voyons clairement que cette solution est évidemment contradictoire aux exemples des meurtres qui ont eu lieu à Dortmund et Recklinghausen il y a quelques mois : les deux départements de police ont dû enquêter l’un sur le meutre de l’autre, alors que les deux ont commis un meurtre dans l’espace de deux semaines. Un véritable foutage de gueule envers les familles de victimes.
Tout ceci n’est pas étonnant, la police, qui est une institution raciste, patriarcale et autoritaire de nature, admet ouvertement sa priorité pour la „camaraderie“ entre policiere.e.s.
Ainsi les meurtres et violences restent impunis. Bien pire, même les meurtres les plus arbitraires sont légitimé par les discours des policier.e.s lors de conférences de presse et les médias qui copie-collent pratiquement ces conférences. Après quelques semaines ces violences sont oubliées et les policier.e.s en question ne recoivent pratiquement jamais des conséquences sérieuses pour leurs actions.
Les meurtres commis par la police ne sont ni légitimes, ni pardonnables! Nous demandons des conséquences claires pour ces actes!
C’est pourquoi nous appelons à manifester contre les violences policières le 26 novembre au Stühlinger Kirchplatz à 13:12!
